What does the Single Consultation include?

• ✔ Recommendation of the most suitable legal steps.
• ✔ Preparation of the requested document/template.
• ✔ Protection under canonical professional secrecy.

What is not included?

The Single Consultation is designed to resolve a specific matter. It does not include:

• • Preparation of legal reports or opinions;
• • Drafting of procedural pleadings or appeals;
• • Representation or defence in canonical proceedings;
• • Ongoing follow-up of the matter;
• • New consultations arising from the same matter.

If, during the study of the consultation, it is considered advisable to prepare a legal opinion, canonical defence or the Monthly Subscription, a specific proposal will be submitted, without obligation.
